This is a 14cm Rice Bowl from SENDAN series.
In addition to serving rice as a traditional bowl, its versatile design also makes it ideal for use as a café au lait bowl, soup bowl, or for other creative serving purposes. Since it is slightly larger than a standard rice bowl, it can also be used as a small donburi (rice bowl dish).
The deep colors created by the kiln-changing (yōhen) firing process and the glossy finish produced by the finely carved ridges create an elegant and captivating appearance.
The bowl features a Gray-green base color with a complex blend of yellow, brown, and other subtle tones.
White is not a stark white, but a warm, soft shade that complements a wide variety of dishes.
Navy has a richer, more lustrous appearance that enhances the presentation of food and gives it a more refined look.
The series is available in seven different shapes, allowing you to create a coordinated table setting.
