| Order cancellation |
If we have not yet starting to process your order, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. However, if we already start to process your order (normally within 24 hours), your order cannot be cancelled and we cannot offer you refund. If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. |
| Return and refund | We do not accept returns or refunds except for the case that products are damaged during delivery. In such case customer must contact us with evidence as soon as possible.
